GENERAL MEETING HIGHLIGHTS

Financial Secretary’s Report - Dues are Due!

Annual dues for Regular members is $35.00 and should be paid prior to January 1, 2012 if at all possible. Make cheques payable to Chilliwack Council 3478.

Please send your dues to the Knights of Columbus Hall address as mentioned on the invoice. Dues can also be placed in the Parish collections in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Knights of Columbus Dues" along with your name.

Your cooperation will be very much appreciated. Thank You. Yvo De Boer, F. S.

Notice of Motion

This is to advise that a Motion will be presented at the January 18, 2012 General Meeting for the acceptance of the Council Budget for 2012, along with a review of the 2011 finances.

Please plan to attend this meeting and help to set Council's financial direction for the coming year and thereby minimizing financial debates at other meetings.

50TH ANNUAL CHARITY APPEAL

CHILLIWACK COUNCIL PROGRESS REPORT

As of December 26, (today) most of our 500 books of tickets have been sold and Rolly is still working on more Mall time to sell the remainder. If you can help, please contact Rolly by phone or email. Many thanks to all volunteers who have made this year’s Charity Appeal a good success. See the Calendar of Events for Early Bird and Main Draw dates.
